Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help us connect global startups with our talented software developers. You’d be communicating with tech entrepreneurs and aspiring startup founders from all over the world, management and software engineers daily.

Important comment: you will not have to attract cold leads, but you should be able to process the incoming requests professionally.

Our requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in IT sales
  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Good spoken and written English (Fluent level)
  • Knowledge of channels of searching for the clients
  • Experience in creating dynamic prototypes
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, networking, and interpersonal skills
  • Theoretical knowledge of software development technologies
  • Understanding of web-development life cycle
  • Ability to work independently and plan your own work

Responsibilities

  • Analysis of the company’s products, sales planning, and participation in the development of the company’s marketing strategy
  • Optimizing the process of processing incoming requests
  • Building effective communication with clients
  • Identifying clients’ needs
  • Maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Preparation of presentations and proposals for clients
  • Organization of meetings with clients
  • Communication with PM and Tech Lead teams
  • Communication with the marketing team
  • Managing CRM
  • Planning, coordination, and control of the work of other team members
